Our dry mill developed for the milling and refine of raw materials such as quartz, feldspars, limestone … etc.; According to the needs of production in every case, we can offer continuous or non-continuous grinding equipments.
The non-continuous mills take a hermetic system of collection of the ground product. The continuous mills, take a wind divider centrifugal type with baffle of adjustable plates and a collector of filtering bags.
The balls and the revetment of all our mills are of alumina of high density guaranteeing the biggest useful life, with the best grinding efficacy and therefore the minor energy consumption.
PROYING XXI engineering, provides also wet mills of all the production capacities adapting their components such as transmissions, starters, grinding elements, revetments … etc. to the needs in every case
PROYING XXI ha finalizado con éxito la ejecución del proyecto “Desarrollo de una unidad piloto para la obtención de 1MW de aire caliente para el secado del alpeorujo con depuración de gases y partículas en suspensión” cuyo objetivo es la obtención de una corriente de combustión libre de monóxido de carbono y con una concentración inferior a 50 mg/Nm3 de partículas suspendidas. El proyecto se ha llevado a cabo en las instalaciones de COINREF empresa colaboradora, entre Septiembre de 2018 y Septiembre de 2019, con un presupuesto total de 365.832 €, el cual ha sido cofinanciado por CDTI y FEDER
